I found Leo Vekslin on Yelp...and he is best thing that ever happened to the Re-Fi process! I've owned my home for less than a year, but noticed that interest rates had dropped significantly since I purchased. I "interviewed" Leo on the phone, I told him exactly what I wanted; the percentage rate, the term of the loan, the upfront costs, etc. and he went out and found it for me! He was available to me (almost immediately) by e-mail, phone, and texting during the entire process...which took (maybe) 2 weeks from start to finish! He answered all my questions so that I understood everything and offered a little advice to help save me more money! He even came to the document signing, which was at some ungodly hour in the morning (before my patient schedule started), on the day before Thanksgiving!
